SGS, a bio/pharmaceutical analytical and bioanalytical contract solutions provider, has fully installed and validated an immune response module (IRM) as part of its Watson laboratory information management system (LIMS), at its facility in Poitiers, France, according to a press announcement from the company.

According to SGS, the investment in the IRM is the latest strategic step for the company in its key business area of large molecule bioanalysis. The new module allows for faster immunogenicity data processing and easier consolidation of sample data. This allows bioanalytical studies to be managed by a single tool.
