Event Overview:

Modern therapeutics require analytical platforms that deliver sensitivity and flexibility, accommodating a wide range of molecular structures. The webinar will encompass case studies on the targeted quantitation of highly hydrophilic small organic acids and the in vivo characterization of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) using a high resolution mass spectrometer, the ZenoTOF 7600+ system. Here, small polar molecules like succinic acid were applied for the demonstration of targeted quantitation, while trastuzumab MMAE was used for the in vivo drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) study.

Key Learning Objectives

  • Learn how HRMS can be applied for modern bioanalytical challenges, from small molecules to biologics in complex matrices
  • Discover methods to alleviate the sensitivity bottleneck for small polar molecules as well as low abundance biologics
  • Demonstration of robust quantitative and qualitative workflows on an HRMS system, highlighting a single platform solution
