Optimizing Recombinant Microbial Fermentation Processes: An Integrated Approach

Continuous feeds of limited amounts of inducer proportional to biomass growth grant optimal control over the ratio between gene expression and host cell metabolism, providing stable, prolonged recombinant protein production.
