Aseptic Fill/Finish Line for Drug Product Manufacturing

Ajinomoto Althea’s Optima VFVM 7000 aseptic fill/finish line supports a range of drug substance APIs compatible with both peristaltic and rotary piston pump filling systems. The fill/finish line enables large batch sizes and a range of filling volumes (0.2–100 mL) while reducing product loss. According to the company, the equipment also provides total in-process-control, nitrogen purging, and several additional features to maximize yield.
