ABC Laboratories Acquired by EAG
Evans Analytical Group expands into the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry with acquisition of ABC Laboratories.
Evans Analytical Group (EAG), an independent laboratory network providing analytical and testing to the agrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, announced on July 8 that it has acquired Analytical Bio-Chemistry Laboratories (ABC Laboratories) of Columbia, MO. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ABC Laboratories offers development and CGMP and GLP-compliant testing capabilities for small- and large-molecule therapies and medical devices through its Pharmaceutical Services division. The acquisition of ABC Laboratories strengthens EAG’s existing laboratories in the US and Europe in the agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and industrial chemicals markets, EAG reports in a press statement
EAG is private company, majority owned by Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC.
