High-throughput infectious pathogen detection and surveillance from wastewater samples

Wastewater monitoring has been widely adopted by scientists to effectively detect and monitor infectious pathogens. Methods of detection and surveillance for SARS-CoV-2 are outlined in this paper and can be adapted for other pathogens.
