Excipient World 2020 Canceled Due to COVID-19 Concerns

The event, which was originally scheduled for May 11–13, 2020 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL, will be canceled due to concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19.

IPEC-Americas announced on April 2, 2020 that Excipient World 2020, originally scheduled for May 11–13, 2020 at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL, will be canceled due to concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19.

“With the current CDC recommendations to cancel all meetings and events with greater than 50 people for the next 8 weeks, we have elected to cancel Excipient World 2020,” the company said in a press statement. “This decision was not taken lightly, but we believe this to be in the best interest of public health and all our attendees, exhibitors, and speakers. Information about next steps will be emailed directly to exhibitors, speakers, and registered attendees.”
