The company recently launched its OmniTop Sample Tubes adjustable volume sampling system, a single-use system that allows for exact sampling.
Avantor’s recently launched OmniTop Sample Tubes adjustable volume sampling system (AVSS) is a single-use system that allows for exact sampling in cell and gene therapy production. The system allows for precise small volume samples, which is expected to streamline the bioprocessing sampling process with increased efficiency, reduced volume loss, and lowered contamination risk.
AVSS is designed to precisely collect small-volume samples from the sterile process. It helps eliminate volume loss in the connection lines, making it ideal for critical and high-value product sampling in applications including:
The system can used as a single point solution or can be custom configured into manifold designs. It offers volume ranges of 0.5–15.0 mL, allowing for sample collection of only what is needed for analytical testing to meet the exact needs of the process.
