Diaphragm Valve Streamlines Installation

ITT’s Pure-Flo EnviZion valve is designed with tool-less installation capabilities and lessened maintenance time. With a breakthrough mount and turn design, and no tools or torqueing required, the valve maintenance time has been reduced from 23 minutes to three. Effects of thermal cycling are eliminated by a constant sealing force provided by the integrated thermal compensation system.

The model comes in sizes from 0.5 to 1 inch with a pressure rating of 150 psi and manual and actuated designs. Various surface finishes are available and interior and exterior electropolish is available, with a 25 roughness average as the standard polish.
