Disposable Bioreactor

The BIOSTAT Cultibag RM is a disposable bioreactor that combines rocking motion mixing technology with Sartorius engineered control capabilities. The BIOSTAT Cultibag RM is used for disposable applications, cultivation of cells in batch, fed batch, and perfusion operation. The hardware is available in application-driven packages inclusive of data logging software. The basic packages provide temperature, rocking rate, and angle control. Operating volumes start from 5% to 50% maximum volume. Scale up can be achieved in one bag for bag sizes from 1 L to 600 L. The systems are available with disposable sensors for both pH and DO.
