BioProfile® FLEX2 provides comprehensive analysis of 16 key cell culture parameters including chemistries, gases, osmolality, total and viable cell density and viability. Test menu consists of Gluc, Lac, Gln, Glu, NH4+, Na+, K+, Ca++, pH, pCO2, pO2, Osmolality by freezing point depression, and Total and Viable Cell Density and Viability by trypan blue dye exclusion method. With the addition of the BioProfile External Sampling Module (ESM), FLEX2 is capable of automatic sampling from Sartorius ambr® 15 cell culture systems.
