Genentech Announces Management Promotions

Genentech, Inc. (San Francisco, CA, www.genentech.com) has announced the promotions of four vice presidents to senior vice presidents, and the appointment of a new vice president. The four vice presidents promoted to senior vice president include: Markus Gemuend, senior vice president, biochemical manufacturing; Sean A. Johnston, senior vice president and general counsel; Timothy L. Moore, senior vice president, global supply chain; and John Orwin, senior vice president, sales and marketing, biooncology. Also announced was the promotion of Christopher Horan to vice president, planning, distribution, and logistics.
