Applikon and Finesse Team Up to Integrate Control Systems into Bioreactors

The bioreactor manufacturer Applikon Biotechnology, Inc. (Foster City, CA, www.applikon.com) has signed an agreement with process-controls company Finesse, LLC (Santa Clara, CA, www.finesse-inc.com). Through the partnership, the companies plan to incorporate Finesse’s “TruBIO” operating system into Applikon’s range of bioreactors and fermenters, including both single-use and stainless steel models.
