Purification Resin Increases Efficiency
Tosoh Bioscience’s CaPure-HA hydroxyapatite chromatography resin is designed for the purification of monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal antibodies, and antibody fragments, and the separation of antibody isoforms and isozymes.
Tosoh Bioscience’s CaPure-HA hydroxyapatite chromatography resin is designed for the purification of monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal antibodies, and antibody fragments, and the separation of antibody isoforms and isozymes. The resin has a pressure rating of 10 MPa, a mean particle size of 39 μm, a pH stability of 6.5-14, and alkaline stablility in 0.5 mol/L NaOH for greater than 50 CIP cycles.
The dynamic binding capacity, at 10% breakthrough, is greater than 20 g/L for lysozyme at residence times as low as one minute, greater than 30 g/L for human lgGs at residence times as low as two minutes, and greater than 50 g/L for human lgGs at residence times of five minutes.
