Distek, a manufacturer of laboratory testing instruments for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, has added a dual impeller single-use bioreactor (SUB) system to its BIOne portfolio. The new SUB increases mixing efficiency within the bioreactor, resulting in an increased mass transfer coefficient while maintaining the same rate of agitation.
