Chromatography Resin Purifies Proteins
Purolite Life Sciences’ agarose-based chromatography resins line, Praesto, is designed for biomolecule purification. The dextran-free resins include anion exhangers, cation exchanges, and plain base matrices for the purification of recombinant proteins and plasma fractionation.
The resins are currently available in 45 μm, 65 μm, and 90 μm particle sizes for downstream applications, strong anion and strong cation exchange, and plain agarose media are available in 25 mL, 100 mL, and 500 mL bottles, pre-packed columns, and bulk media.
