Pall Corporation (East Hills, NY) has acquired an exclusive license to manufacture, market, and sell Single Pass TFF (SPTFF), an SPF Innovations, LLC (Watertown, MA) technology for biopharmaceutical applications.

SPTFF is a form of tangential-flow filtration (TFF) that delivers high-conversion separations without a recirculation loop, providing the performance of TFF with the simplicity of direct-flow filtration. SPTFF can be integrated with other downstream processes such as chromatography and virus removal.
