Event Overview:

Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning approaches employing digital twin models enable exploration of the development and manufacturing design space in biopharmaceutical workflows. Driven by data and AI, the virtual exploration of processes for generating predictive outcomes is possible from cell-line development through scale-up manufacturing. Additionally, use of real-time spectroscopy to control glucose-feeding in mammalian cell culture bioprocess is another data-driven method leading to better performance understanding and improvements. Yokogawa solutions related to these approaches are well aligned with Pharma 4.0 goals, whichwill be detailed in this webinar.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • You do not need to be an expert in deep learning & AI to leverage the benefits for improvement of biopharmaceutical processes
  • Integrated bioreactor hardware & software systems employing spectroscopic real-time PAT data for bioprocess upstream applications can be optimized in only 8 weeks for your specific CHO-cell expression system

Who Should Attend:

  • Managers responsible for driving digitalization improvement actions and plans for biopharma
  • Manufacturing & process development scientific staff in biopharma
  • Biopharma software system engineers
  • Bioprocess improvement engineers and scientists
