Repligen Corporation has introduced the OPUS 45 cm diameter pre-packed chromatography columns that are designed to process large single-use bioreactor harvests. The columns have the largest capacity currently available on the market, according to the company. OPUS columns are available in sizes from 1.2 to 45 cm in diameter and are delivered packed with chromatography media used to purify monoclonal antibodies and other biologic drugs. The columns are manufactured at the company¹s production facility,which is built to ISO 7 cleanroom specifications.
